Cosmoscow, Russia’s only international contemporary art fair this year will take place from the 10th till the 13th of September for the first time at Gostiny Dvor. The 2015 edition of Cosmoscow, led by Margarita Pushkina and Sandra Nedvetskaia, will host 34 Russian and international galleries, selected for their high quality programming and contemporary art focus.
The booth of Frolov Gallery will represent two collaborative projects by Vladislav Mamyshev-Monroe and Valery Katsuba: “Every passion is blind and wild”, 2001 and “Metamorphosis of the Monarch”, 2005. Both projects have been exhibited at the retrospective exhibition of Vladislav Mamyshev-Monroe “Archive M” in the Moscow Museum of Modern Art during the summer of 2015.
Besides, the new artworks by Anatoly Gankevich from his “iconic” projects “The Shimmer” and “Fizkult-Respect” together with the artwork from his new “Subtle Grounds” project will be presented at the Fair.
